Refund policy

Our refund policy aims to be fair when dealing with customer complaints. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please visit our contact options to launch a support ticket.

We have outlined which cases are eligible for a refund:

  • Goods damaged on arrival (does not cover goods damaged in use). If goods become damaged during transit, you may qualify for a credit note or exchange.
  • If the goods go missing during transit, you may qualify for a credit note or exchange.
  • Credit notes and Exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. These guidelines are solely for advice purposes. If you want to claim a refund, please contact us directly for assistance. 
  • If you qualify for a refund, an exchange option will be available if you opt for us to resend the item. 
  • All Extrait Sprays and Oud / Perfume oils with roller balls and sticks cannot be returned for health and safety reasons due to Covid 19, in most circumstances a gift receipt will be offered in the amount that was spent (excluding shipping costs).
  • All Refunds will be minus any shipping costs.
